I am quite happy with the new change we made to our business model. We had been doing things a bit of the older way because we were comfortable with our habits and there were so many things we always had to do keeping us busy. We did take the time to get a better letting agency software system in place and that was certainly time well spent. We are now far more productive and we never have to spend even a moment taking care of upgrades, since the site does that for us. This was a great help to us.
