I work for a doctor as a receptionist.  He constantly has people coming in to the office asking him what they can do to be healthier.  He usually tells them that they could lose some weight by exercising more and also eating less and healthier.  Most people know that but most people have a hard time figuring out how to get started exercising.  My doctor always recommends paramount fitness equipment because many of his other clients have used it and they all really like it.  They all rave about how well it works and how durable it is.  I just went out and bought some myself because I am so convinced that it works really well.
