My sister-in-law has been trying to lose weight. She is doing great with the exercise, and keeps us posted on the number of calories she has burned. However, she is having a hard time changing her diet. She says that healthy foods are so boring, and that they can take a lot of time to prepare. She also likes to snack when she gets bored, and tends to turn to things such as buttery popcorn. It’s sad, because she is sabotaging her weight-loss efforts. I think I will give her a fat-free salad dressing recipe that I found the other day. Not only is it healthy, but it tastes good as well.
