When my sister first told me that she was having heated towel rails installed in her bathroom when she has it renovated next month I thought she was kidding.  I thought this because I had never heard of such a thing; however, after doing a little bit of research on the subject I came to realize that they are becoming quite popular.  Now that I know more about this kind of thing, I am a little bit jealous that my sister will have them in her bathroom and I am even considering having some installed at my house as well.
