There are about a million ways to lose weight nowadays. All you have to do is google “weight loss” and you will have about seventeen billion results. If you go to the bookstore, you’ll find a whole section dedicated to the latest diet books and weight loss tips.

Even the guy that delivers your newspaper will probably have a few ideas to share with you. Why are there so many conflicting ideas out there? One answer is that most of them are scams, and only a few work. I don’t believe that one.

The real reason is because everybody is different. Everybody has different body types, different metabolisms, and different eating habits, strengths and weaknesses. The reason, then, that there are so many is that they all work for different people. To find the one that works for you, you’ll just need to shop around until you find one that works. Happy trails.
