I never really used to have the time to do all the different activities that I wanted to. I never went out at night because I was always so tired. I tried going to bed earlier and it didn’t really help, but I was still to tired to do anything but veg out in front of the television at night. Now that I have finally figured out how to stop feeling tired all the time I am having a blast. I don’t spend as much time sleeping (though I do make sure to get my eight hours in) so I can do more with my friends.
