I was shopping for pregnancy pillows the other day and I could not have been happier at how I was attended by one of the staff from the ergonomics store that I usually go to. I thought that pregnancy pillows come in just one design and all you have to do is get it from the nearest ergonomics store. I was wrong. I bought a small one, which, according to the sales staff, is the best for me, given my height and weight and all. The small maternity pillow is designed to strictly provide support to the area surrounding the belly in order to provide relief from the stresses that a pregnant woman experiences during the pregnancy. I used it for the first time last night and I had the best sleep ever since falling pregnant.
