My parents were wanting to refinance their home so they would some renovations to the outside. My dad said they were trying to get a USDA loan, because of he flexibility and the good interest rates presently being offered. I told mom and dad that I was so glad they were going to try for a refinance deal. The lending officer said he was 99.99% positive their application would go through with no problems whatsoever. That’s exactly what they are hoping for, and in a few more days they will know for sure. But until then they’ll just pace the floors in anticipation of that phone call.
