I am the co president of a company that is, most luckily, experiencing some pretty wonderful growth right now. I feel really proud of what me and my partner Ally have been able to do so far. We try to hire people from all walks of life, including those who are hearing impaired and who have other disabilities of all sorts. As long as they can do the job we will give them the job! We are thinking of video remote interpreting services for our video conferences, actually. This will help ensure that every person at the company can understand what is going on.
