Jon and Herb have been looking at ways to reduce overhead and other ways to cut costs for their business. Jon told Herb that he has been thinking of switching communication services, and he found a company where they can have information supplied to them about converting to Hosted VoIP Business PBX. Herb told Jon to set up the meeting with the communications company and have the top executives of the company attend the meeting. He would like to get  input from everyone after the meeting to make a decision about switching. Jon emailed the communications company to set up the meeting.
