It is a lot more difficult to reach them than before
We chose Vodafone 3 years ago due to their good reputation of customer service. We were very happy with them for 2 years. But this year Vodafone seemed to have changed their personality. The customer service was unhelpful and rude. It is a lot more difficult to reach them than before. Not only they tricked us into a new 12 months contract, they continued to send us threaten letter for unpaid bill which we paid on time. We will definitely leave them when the 12 months contract is over. I don’t recommend this Mobile Broadband Coverage to anyone unless Vodafone changes their business practice.
