We have had two offers on our land so far. Both of the offers have been more than we expected, my husband and I are very excited. Our real estate agent told us to wait just a couple more days to see if any more offers come in and to see which one we can get higher. Once our land is sold we are going to put some of the money away for retirement and use the rest to start a resort. We’ll buy a hydroseeder and have a golf course. It is going to be a small and exclusive place to visit.
