My family owns a lot of land. Some of it is zoned for commercial use. So, I have been brainstorming on ways that we could use the land to make a profit. I have been looking around and I just recently saw some good commercial metal buildings. I have been looking online and you can buy them prefabricated. If we dropped a couple of those on some of our properties we could then rent it out for all kids of things - storage, workshops, etc. I think it would be an easy way to make some money on something that we already have.
