My friend Simon is quite the entrepreneur. Last year when he was having lunch at a small diner he actually asked the owner if he was willing to sell the establishment to him. To my friend’s surprise the owner started to engage him in a long conversation of how they could put a deal together. Before Simon bought the restaurant he had invested in some Inverness Cars he had seen at an auto auction. Simon was able to buy a lot of these cars at a very low price. He then sold them off individually at a price that was quite a bit more than what he paid for them.
